Rates are subject to a 6.5% Minnesota sales tax.All two bedroom rates are based on occupancy of up to four people per day. Three bedroom rates are based on an occupancy of not more than six people per day. The four bedroom condos have a base rate for up to eight people per day. One bedroom cabins are based on not more than three people per day. There is no charge for children two years old and under. There is a charge of $10/week for cribs and high chairs and they should be reserved in advance. |

| Additional guests: $25 per night or $125 per week per person. Day visitors will be charged $5 per person per day. All visitors and guests must be registered. |
| Pets |
PETS ALLOWED -Gull Lake Resort is the only resort on Gull that still accepts pets because of the large amount of acreage and distance between cabins.Pet Rate:$15/day or $75/week per pet. |
| Deposits & Reservations |
| A $300 deposit is required on the one bedroom cabins and a $400 deposit on the two bedroom units. The three bedroom units require a $600 deposit and the four bedroom units a $700 deposit. Telephone reservations are held for five days. |
| Cancellations |
| If made 90 days in advance, deposits will be refunded less a $25 office charge. (On short notice cancellations, guests owe the entire balance of their cabin unless re-rented.) |
| Check-in/Check-out |
| Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. We need this time to clean the units and prepare the grounds for you. Check-out time is before 9:30 a.m. |
| Rental Schedule |
| During Main and Post seasons we rent only by the week, which starts on Saturday. In Spring and Fall seasons we rent either weekly or daily (2 night minimum). Memorial Day and Labor Day are 3 day weekends and are not included in Spring and Fall rates. The week before Labor Day is a 6 day week, from Saturday to Friday. Ask about our mid-week specials. |
Sorry, but we do not have any camping facilities and do not allow tents or campfires on the grounds. |
